March 27, 2020

To Our Valued Residents –

In keeping with the Governors’ of New Hampshire and Massachusetts orders concerning the COVID-19 virus, our offices will be closed to in person operations as of Friday, March 27, 2020 at 11:59 PM. The offices shall remain closed to the public until May 4, 2020; or such time as said orders shall be lifted. Our Nashua office and residential operations shall be staffed as permitted under the Essential Services components of said orders.

If you have an emergency, or need to speak with someone on our staff please contact us via telephone at 603-882-3285. This phone number is monitored 24/7 when the office is not open. Non-emergency matters can be directed to us during regular business hours at 603-882-3285, or via email.

Lot fee payments can be made via US Postal Service, or simply dropped in Nashua office front door mail slot; or at the appropriate location (mail box or office box) at the community in which you reside. Anyone seeking to pay in cash should call ahead to limit the in-person interaction between the public and employees.

Despite recent panic buying, we must insist that you be respectful of our underground waste disposal systems, and do not flush anything other than regular toilet paper.

As always, if you should have questions, need to make special payment arrangements, or require our attention for any reason– please do not hesitate to call us. We will continue to do our utmost to uphold our obligations to all our residents during this time period.

Respectfully,
Peter Graves
