Welcome! We are glad you found us. The Rodgers Companies are family owned businesses providing quality, and affordable housing opportunities to New Hampshire and Massachusetts. For the past 50 years, we have served the area’s housing needs. From developing and managing mobile home and manufactured home communities, to building custom single family homes and condominiums, our commitments have withstood the tests of time.

This website is designed to aid visitors in identifying how we at the Rodgers Companies might best meet their housing needs. Each of the Companies in the banner above serves a somewhat different geographic area. The locus maps on each page will help you identify those areas.

Many of our communities have brand-new homes available, and in some locations, we can offer semi-custom homes built specifically for you! Availability is often limited, so we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

Payments

Lot fee payments can be made via US Postal Service, or simply dropped in the Nashua office front door mail slot; or at the appropriate location (mail box or office box) at the community in which you reside. Anyone seeking to pay in cash should call ahead to limit the in-person interaction between the public and employees.
