Rodgers Mobile Home Park, Inc. (RMHP) was founded in 1963 and has been continuously owned and operated by the Rodgers Family ever since.

With 253 units in three communities located in south-west Nashua, NH, RMHP specializes in meeting the Nashua area housing needs with large community lots and reasonable monthly fees.

Office hours are Monday through Friday by appointment only. We maintain a live operator answering service at all times when the office is not open or when we are unavailable.

These communities have NO age restriction, and are located on the south-west side of Nashua.

We invite you to contact us with any questions. It should be noted that we do not market resident’s home which are for sale. Community Rules and Applications are available to download. Please refer to the Application check list when submitting tenancy applications. Also, we do not accept applications over the internet. Applications should be mailed or delivered to the above address.
